Greetings from the eGullet annual gathering. 42 food fans all have spent
the entire day sourcing, preparint, plating and now eating a fantastic
meal. Bill wound up taking over barista duty from me... I made a dish of
baby zukes and patty pan squash marinated in lime juice, rice vinegar,
sesame oil, fish sauce, cilantro and ginger (to go with Asian-inspired
short ribs).
