Ground-floor opportunity

mamagotchaPeriodicals are failing left and right, so it takes balls to take a run at a publishing venture right now. Fortunately, I have a friend who has both balls and the goods to follow them up. She's started 42, a magazine about passion and living authentically.
The inaugural issue has just hit the press. If you want to get in on a good thing, this might be your chance. I'm a big fan of The Sun, and I suspect this might be in the same vein -- although Serene, the editrix, is a much more upbeat and positive person than the Sun editor, I think, and I expect this outlook to show up in the magazine. She's in no way a pollyanna... she's lived too much Real Life for that. She just knows the power of a positive attitude, and doesn't hesitate to use it for good.
