Yeah, he's not officially 21 until tomorrow. Except that it's already tomorrow in Japan, so it's time to wish Cordell a happy 21st birthday!

(Actually, he's Matt Gallagher, a cartoonist I knew at UCD... about two years ago, we bumped into each other at WEF, and just yesterday I found him using a scan of this photo as his Facebook avatar... I swiped it back and here it is!)
