but first, breakfast: an everything bagel with cream cheese, a fabulous
lavendar mocha, barbara kingsolver, and an ocean view, with the faux
quarreling of my pretty blonde server and the bitchy bearish barista
floating over it all.

the thoroughly appropriate and lovingly administered literary
ass-kicking of my wise hostess is still warming my heinie. i have plenty
of time before my flight. there's just a wisp of haze across the sunny
skies.

i'm feeling rested, loved, spoiled, cleaned, educated, healed, merry,
grateful... but the very best thing is that my depleted stores of hope
and anticipation have been replenished.

ahhhh. life is very good. thank you all.
