plus some shots of julia with her new cut-and-dye job, and the dropstitch shawl i knitted. i can't believe i made that, and i can't believe how great julia looks... amanda says she was great at the party (and helped a LOT getting ready for the party), how social and friendly she was, how well she fit in with these kids she barely knew.

and her dad still thinks she belongs in a public junior high school. HA!
