We're currently 9.4 miles from the institute.

If the cost of commuting was offset by an ultra-cheap situation, I think we'd certainly consider it... especially if it was in a dog/kid-friendly and/or outdoorsy space.

I think we need to be looking in the neighborhood of $500-$700/mo.

Whatcha got in mind? I'm dying to know!
