My quick NY vacation (thanks to my sister Amanda and her Midwest Miles, woot!) was extended by a day because of foul weather and airport employees lying through their teeth (insisting that a flight would be on time when they knew damned well that ten other planes had already been circling until they had to reroute due to low fuel). We watched a Top Chef finale and vegged; today's flight was easy-peasy. Home again, home again, (say it with me, Ennie!) jiggety jig.

Now... we spend the next few weeks waiting for news that will determine whether we sell the house or not. In the meantime, I think I shall make some cocoa nib cookies.

Well, the call for apps doesn't even end until April 1, so we won't hear for a while. I know crossing your fingers that long will cramp 'em, but hang in there!
