mamagotchaI just made baked salmon with lime-habanero sauce, a green apple-onion-bacon risotto, and sauteed kale with garlic and lemon, accompanied by a Woodchuck cider. None of it was particularly difficult, but it all went together so nicely, looked pretty, and MAN did it taste good!
Talked with Jonathan Root tonight, got passes for the Rootberry show tomorrow. It is making me insanely happy that I'm going to see those boys soon... it's been, what, since the wedding? They've never met Linc, and I've never met Root's wife and kid. There's supposed to be more snow and sleet and ice and crap... but I don't care. I'll CRAWL to Salina if I have to!
Now I need to make some cookies to bring... those boys always need a bit of fattening-up...
