As advertised, this stuff quiets your unproductive coughs. The fewer remaining coughs will loosen and dislodge crap for speedy expulsion from your body. Oh, and it works with the goo in your lungs, too.

Well, good to know it works. They have a very weird commercial with the Mucinex and mucus facing off in an Old West shootout -- which for some reason was one of the pre-movie commercials at a theater recently.

I've been taking Mucinex DM regularly for years. It nicely combats my chronic post-nasal drip problem except when it gets really severe (usually in the wake of a cold).
