We are at a place of having to figure out how to live in a higher-priced market with less money. Unless the lottery fairy comes to visit soon, I am very sadly coming to the conclusion that Baltimore is most likely not going to happen for us. I haven't totally given up on it... my sister has volunteered to take the boys... but at the moment, it's not looking good.
I'm thinking that I might be able to try to find some work once we get settled, but arranging extra income while preparing to move just seems entirely overwhelming at the moment.
I do have a bunch of books that I'm thinking about putting up for sale. Usually I try to give things away, but right now, with everything getting tighter, it's tempting to try to get some cash for my give-aways. We'll see how that pans out... I know everyone else is hurting now, too.
