A neighbor lady gave Clay about 15 lbs. of beautiful Granny Smiths, so I
made pie. The crust was kind of thin... the recipe I used probably only
made a single crust, yet failed to mention that fact. But it was nice
and rich and flaky... didn't hear any complaints as the fambly horked it
down. Tomorrow, a brown Betty?
