Packity pack

taradoula, cosm3, and jillcook have all spent hours here helping me pack up my dining and living rooms. g4n0nd0rk has taped and carried dozens of boxes, and 2006in2006 took the Linker to a waterpark for almost five hours, so we could really plow through a ton of stuff. You guys all are total ROCKSTARS!

I've sold most of the things I listed for sale; the rest are in the garage for a moving sale (Saturday, Aug. 15). Most of the houseplants have found new homes. I think I've almost talked 2006in2006 into sending off our CDs to iPodMeister. I sold three boxes of books. I'm giving away sets of shelves (in addition to the three that are already gone). I've got piles of things to ship back to people.

Tomorrow is Linc's fifth birthday (we're partying down at Gillham Park at 2pm, if you're in the area and want to join us). Bring a swimsuit and a towel for the pool.

I'm gonna try to sneak in a haircut tomorrow morning.

It feels like we're actually not all that horribly behind at the moment... maybe this time, I won't be stuffing things into boxes at the last minute. *IF* I can keep up this momentum...
