Salud from Saguaro country!

we're in Arizona, I only have a few minutes before we have to hit the road for Santa Fe... but I finally got a bit of 'net and thought i'd let y'all know we're still alive and enjoying our wonderful road trip!

i'm trying to write, but i'm listening to a hilarious conversation between the catty hotel desk lady and the jolly maintenance guy, talking about how one set of guests ain't too bright and are a pain in the ass... "when they left, they took SIX buckets of ice!" "i've made nine keys for them" "they're trying to rip us off" "they want me to reconfigure the room" "the elevator doesn't go to the top floor" meeeyowrrrr! gaah. they just noticed me! one guy is trying to play nice now, saying loudly "but everyone else was nice this weekend!" the desk lady didn't notice me yet, she said "well, not the two guys who puked on the floor or the gal who burned a hole in the carpet." snort! i bet you could do a prettty funny behind-the-scenes reality show on hotels... or has it been done? i'm so out of the TV loop.

ok, lots more to write about but gotta get going before it's too hot...
