Dorie's scallops recipe. The only change I made was bay scallops (because the big ones weren't available), and I also sliced the nectarines into eighths instead of sixths, and I think they could have been sliced even smaller (but I was using a cooler indoor grill, too... maybe a hotter outdoor version would have cooked a larger piece through more easily). It was fantastic!
