i can't use a computer without my glasses. My monitor is far away, i think. But if its too close i get a headache. i also read with them, even though i shouldn't need them. I think a kindle would make this all worse because glare is irritating.
I think the seasickness may go away if you get used to them - its the adjustment that is supposed to be hard, not the long term.
