I'm glad you had a nice party! Ours went pretty well, too. I put up crepe paper and balloons all over the place and about nine old ladies showed up and chattered away until Grandma pooped out and sent them home. She lasted about two hours, though, which is good for her. And they were all unanimous about the excellence of the cake- I couldn't try it because I put non-vegan things in, but it vanished pretty quickly. I forgot to get a picture. :/ Anyhow, Grandma was grateful, and she said her friends were impressed that I put so much work into it.
