Writing filter

I woke up this morning with a scene playing in my head, and I decided it was time to sit down and see if I really could write fiction after all.

It was more fun than I thought it would be. I think I might have a beginning... and I'd like to hear what someone else thinks.

So... if you're interested in being subjected to my flailing attempts to produce something remotely readable, comment and I'll add you to the writing filter. If it matters any, so far it appears that I am writing some sort of YA novel... nothing terribly taxing mentally (at least, not for ME).

I know I need solid criticism, but please be gentle, at least at first. I don't think I've ever written down fiction (in my adult life, that is), and I'm feeling a mite bit vulnerable. TIA!

I'll gladly assist. I'm good at criticism soft and hard. ;)

If you're comfortable with letting me read it, I'd be happy to.

And go you for getting going on this!

Can't promise I'll be consistently good at reading "on time," but I'd love to help with this.

Yay!

I'm terrible at giving any kind of criticism (peer critiques have been the single hardest part of any writing class I've ever taken), but I'd love to be on your writing filter.

Sign me up, too.No good at critiquing, though.

I'm rather intrigued by the implication that all the writing I know you've written is, in fact, non-fiction. :-)

please add me to your filter! I can't guarantee I'll have time to read, but I can't read if I don't know what you've written. :)

I would read if you would like.
