I know you're down with the whole hands-off parenting thing, but dude, at 18 it stops being parenting and starts being freeloader-enabling. If they're actually focusing their energy entirely on school, I guess that's one thing, but don't they have jobs? I know Clay was a lifeguard for a while and Cord had a tutoring thing going--is that still happening? If they're bringing in income, they should be paying rent.
