I have been! And I adored it. We stayed on Whacker and stumbled on The Bean by accident (it was 2005 and Millennium Park was just new I think). We road the El all over and I fell in love with the Harold Washington Library and Evanston (actually really reminded me of Boise). My ex lived there for awhile in 2000 and was a great tour guide and Chicago salesman.
But I would love to come spend some time with you and yours there :)
I have a very special friend who lives there too so I have many reasons to visit. My mom goes every year to visit her college roommate too and we're always talking about exploring it together. And Thomas has never been and I'm trying to get him on board with the 'if it's got to be the Midwest why not Chicago' train.
