Yeah, ever since I got here last summer, Ponyo has been a national sensation. They got the same person who did the totoro theme to do another one, and it was on the charts for months. Every kid under 10 here can sing it from memory, and as a Labo intern, that means I can too.

Despite all that, I never got around to seeing it in theaters (>$20 tickets here) and the DVD doesn't come out for another couple months.
