It's near a not-so-great area of town, which is part of my concern. Where we were before, a similar house would rent for at least twice that. But yes, the housing costs in KC are really affordable, and it's really been the reason we have been able to let me stay home with Linc on one income.

I'd pay a lot more for it, though, if I knew you were living upstairs, woman!
