some quick notes, and a little list

Lorraine (my sweet MIL) is here, safe and sound. Bill is in Madrid, safe and sound. There's a pile of mocha chocolate chip cookies on the kitchen table, and they are not safe at all!

Linc is FINALLY saying "Mama!" Also "dog" and "hat." We are working very hard on "Grandma."
